  • 1 cut raw unfiltered honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation and use:

Add all of the ingredients with water in a saucepan. Bring it to boil and then let it simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the liquid from herbs. You can add some lemon juice or honey in this herbal liquid. Store it in the fridge for 6 weeks. When needed, drink 1/2- 1tbsp of it every half hour.

Radish Syrup – Recipe

You will need:

  • 5-6 radishes
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 small red onion

Preparation and use:

Cut the onion and radishes into small pieces and then blend them well until you get a smooth paste. Add lemon juice and honey and blend it once more. Pour it into jar and store it up to 1 week.

When needed, drink 1-2 tbsp. twice a day. In this way, you will remove mucus within 24 hours.

Essential Oil Vapor Rub – Recipe

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Shea butter
  • 10 drops lemon essential oil
  • 5 drops tea tree essential oil
  • 20 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 25 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Whip coconut oil and Shea butter for half a minute in order to make a home remedy vapor rub. Add the essential oils and keep on whipping until the combination is well-mixed. Store it in a glass jar with a tight-lid.
